DEHYDRATED POTATOES, GARBANZO BEAN FLOUR, CASSAVA FLOUR, MODIFIED TAPIOCA STARCH, SUNFLOWER OIL, CHICORY INULIN FIBER, POTATO STARCH, SEA SALT, CULTURED CANE SUGAR (TO IMPROVE SHELF LIFE), KONJAC GUM. ALL INGREDIENTS ARE GLUTEN FREE AND NON GMO PROJECT VERIFIED. COUNT PER PACKAGE: 8 POTATO TORTILLAS.

HANDLING:

Keep frozen. Thaw in refrigerator. Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days. Thawed tortillas can be re-frozen. 

 

Newest productions of Original, Sweet Potato and Veggie Medley can be refrigerated for 6 weeks (packages indicate "freeze or refrigerate" on front). Cultured cane sugar is a natural fermentation ingredient (and vegan) that inhibits growth of yeast, mold and bacteria. 

 

THAWING SUGGESTIONS: 

When thawed first time, place sheets of plastic wrap between tortillas and then re-freeze. Frozen tortillas will be easy to remove one at a time. 

PRODUCT MANUFACTURING:

Potapas are made in a tortilla factory that is gluten free and does not handle wheat or other gluten containing ingredients.  Every lot of Potapas is sent to an independent lab to verify gluten free, <5ppm.

Dehydrated Potatoes – Potatoes are one of the most widely used and versatile vegetables in the world.

Garbanzo Bean Flour – Great source of vegetable protein.

Cassava Flour – Whole Flour from Cassava root provides fiber and gives tortilla flexibility. (Tapioca starch is derived from Cassava).

Modified Tapioca Starch – Used to help Potapas be thawed and frozen without breaking.

Sunflower Oil – A healthy seed oil.

Chicory Inulin Fiber – A prebiotic dietary fiber that supports gut health.

Potato Starch – Used to help with tortilla texture

Sea Salt – Added to help flavor.

Cultured Cane Sugar – A natural fermentation ingredient to inhibit spoilage bacteria, yeast and mold. Not added sugar to tortilla.

Konjac Gum – Derived from a type of sweet potato that holds all the ingredients together.

 

Sweet Potato –  Added to Sweet Potato Potapas for a mild sweet potato flavor

Pea Protein – Added to Veggie Medley to provide double the protein of the other varieties.

Kale, Spinach, Carrot – Added to Veggie Medley giving balanced veggie flavor and nutrition.
